Memorial Day Koinonia
We enjoyed the afternoon at the Jones' farm. I regret not getting more pictures but I'll share with you the ones I did manage to take in between having fun.
William and Jan and their younguns are good friends from church who have been on their land about a year now. It's full of all kinds of botanical goodies. William (who bricked our house) is a fellow agrarian-minded-newbie like myself and we are having a lot of fun learning from one another.

William also recently acquired some chickens. Here's a picture of his rooster peeking out the top of the new coop.

This one is practicing the free range aspect of being a chicken. Notice the fence is off to the right.
The children enjoyed venturing out onto the property, seeing the creek, meeting the animals, and swinging on the big swing.
Thank you for your hospitality and fellowship, William and Jan!
